Gabrielle Pack brings a wealth of clinical and operational pharmacy expertise to her role as Vice President of Pharmacy and Pharmacist in Charge at Vibrix Pharmacy. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and years of experience leading pharmacy operations in high-volume, patient-focused environments, Gabrielle plays a critical role in ensuring that Vibrix delivers exceptional care with accuracy, empathy and efficiency.

She oversees all pharmacy operations, including compliance, fulfillment processes, staff development and quality assurance. Gabrielle’s leadership is defined by precision, consistency and a strong belief that pharmacy should be personal, not transactional. She works closely with both prescribers and patients to ensure continuity of care, and she leads her team with a steady hand and a deep commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Gabrielle is a natural mentor who cultivates a culture of trust, accountability and continuous learning. Her experience spans various pharmacy settings, where she has led system design, clinical support integration and team engagement initiatives, all aimed at improving outcomes and streamlining workflows.

When she’s not leading pharmacy operations, Gabrielle loves being near the ocean and finds joy in time spent with a good book. Gabrielle also spends her time emersed with her family and their love of hockey, golf and ballet.
