  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete health and personal information, as necessary for service delivery.
  • Vibrix Pharmacy may contact your healthcare provider as needed to verify prescriptions or clarify information to ensure patient safety and accuracy.

3. Privacy and Security

Your privacy and the security of your information are of utmost importance to us. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We comply with HIPAA and applicable data protection laws, ensuring that your personal health information is handled securely and responsibly.

4. Payment and Billing

When you use our Services:

  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your medications, services, or subscriptions.
  • You authorize Vibrix Pharmacy (or its authorized payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for any such purchases.
  • Certain services may be billed on a recurring basis; details of any recurring billing will be made clear at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We strive to deliver prescriptions accurately and on time. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address.
  • Vibrix Pharmacy is not liable for delivery delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

6. No Medical Advice

Vibrix Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services and healthcare support, but does not replace professional medical advice.
Always consult with your licensed healthcare provider regarding medical questions, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of our Services does not create a physician-patient relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vibrix Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Services.
  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Vibrix Pharmacy within the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
